DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

AMOUNT TO PAY-

The deposit payable is €60 

(For bigger tattoos it is €100)

For multiple tattoos/persons booked the deposit is £40 per tattoos/persons. So please pay the following amount as a deposit-

80€ for 2 x tattoos/persons booked

120€ for 3 x tattoos/persons booked

160€ for 4 x tattoos/persons booked. 

If your appointment contains less tattoos/persons then originally booked then you will lose 40€ deposit for every one less tattoos/persons booked for. I have booked you in for a time slot based on the amount of work agreed. 

T&C's

To note, you are the ‘client’ and myself is the ‘artist’.

  • All deposits are NON-refundable with NO exceptions.
  • Once a deposit has been paid, then contact your Artist direct so they can secure your appointment in their agenda.
  • The deposit will need paying within 24 hours, otherwise your appointment will not be secured for your chosen date/booking.
  • The deposit paid will come off your final cost of the tattoo on the booking it is paid towards. It is non-transferable to another appointment belonging to yourself or someone you nominate.
  • Clients are allowed to move/rearrange their appointment once due to reason they believe to see fit. But change of said appointment must be notified direct to their Artist within a minimal of 48 hour of the appointments date. If any less then the deposit is forfeited to the Artist.
  • Any clients wanting to change their appointment must have a new appointment date within 6 months of the original appointment date. If this is not meet then the deposit is forfeited to the Artist.
  • Cancelling your appointment or failing to show up for the correct date and/or time will automatically result in lose of deposit. The deposit will be forfeited to the Artist.
  • Arriving late to your appointment of more then 15 minutes will automatically result in termination of the appointment and lose of deposit. The deposit will be forfeited to the Artist.
  • Unless you have made direct contact with the Artist, which they have acknowledged and agreed to the late arrival. Any time lost to the Artist maybe charge at the end of your appointment.
  • Changing the design/concept and/or size/placement of what is originally booked can lead to termination of the appointment and lose of deposit. The deposit will be forfeited to the Artist. 
  • Any client who is asked to leave their appointment early (for any reason Artist, staff or management see fit) will not be entitled to a refund, partial-refund or finically-compensated for any lose occurred to them, even in the event of an unfinished tattoo. 
  • Consuming alcohol or taking drugs before or during your appointment will automatically result in termination of the appointment and lose of deposit. The deposit will be forfeited to the Artist. 
  • Any new appointments made will require a new deposit. 

NOTE-
Preferred ways of payment for remaining amount;

Bank transfer to the same account as the deposit. The funds must clear to my account when sent. If you are paying from a foreign account then it’s very unlikely it will clear on the day, you will need to then pay with cash. 

I may ask for payment upfront. Please have it ready. 

It is not possible for me to take card payments, website payment is possible, but will include a fee.
