Our Goal

Studio FFC creates and sells original artworks, prints, collectible objects, art toys, and other studio-made products. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

EU & EEA Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged appropriately for return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund:

• The purchase price of the item(s)
• The original standard delivery charge paid at checkout

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Customers Outside the EU/EEA

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds will cover:

• The purchase price of the item(s)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders delivered outside the EU/EEA.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees paid to local authorities are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Replacement
• Repair
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Custom artwork
• Commissioned work
• Personalised products
• Made-to-order items
• Digital products
• Gift cards
